Refund policy

If a RaiseRoom product is not useful to you, email info@ventural8.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email. We refund the full amount, no questions asked.

How it works

• Refunds go back to the original payment method through our checkout provider, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the link in your receipt; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Cohort and team licences are refundable within 14 days if no access codes have been redeemed.
